Jesica Quirindongo

Co-Founder & Clinical Director

Jesica Quirindongo, MS, BCBA, LBA is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Spectrum Early Intervention Center. Originally from Maryland, Jesica relocated several times as a result of her service in the United States Marine Corps. Following her transition from military service, she began noticing developmental differences in her oldest son, which led her family to pursue diagnostic services and, ultimately, ABA therapy.

Witnessing the meaningful progress and milestones her son achieved through the support of his therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analyst sparked a passion for helping other families navigating similar journeys. Inspired by her personal experiences, Jesica pursued and earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Georgia.

Through her work with the University of Georgia's Center for Autism and Behavioral Education Research, as well as her experience in academic and clinical settings, Jesica has developed extensive expertise supporting individuals across the lifespan, from infants and toddlers to adults. As both a clinician and parent of children diagnosed with autism, she is deeply committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and family-centered care that empowers children to reach their fullest potential while supporting caregivers every step of the way.

“ As mother of two children on the autism spectrum, I have personally experienced the journey of receiving an autism diagnosis and navigating what initially felt like an overwhelming and unfamiliar path. Witnessing the incredible milestones my children have achieved through ABA therapy has inspired a deep passion for supporting other families on similar journeys. I am dedicated to sharing knowledge, resources, and practical tools with caregivers, empowering them to help their children reach their fullest potential and accomplish amazing things.”

Why We Founded Spectrum Early Intervention Center

We didn’t build this clinic based on theory alone—we built it from lived experience.

Spectrum Early Intervention Center was born out of a shared vision between an Autism mom (who happens to be a BCBA) and a mental health professional. Having walked the exact path you are on, we know how exhausting it can be to advocate for your child, and how vital it is to find professionals you can implicitly trust.

We created this clinic to be the standard of care we wanted for our own son: a place that honors the child, supports the entire family, and prioritizes emotional well-being alongside behavioral growth.
